I'm Baptiste Hediard. Fourteen years of product management: SaaS, Real Estate, B2B, now Senior PM at Decathlon in charge of two flagships applications used daily by dozens of thousands of users. On the side I build and ship: SaaS, games, open-source. I teach a GenAI module at Paris Sorbonne University and have an in-progress master thesis at HEC Paris on synthetic conversational personas.
